The training in the stressful conditions

Managerial game “Be on the Top” is a great tool for training managers in conditions when the ability to react very fast and develop the financial investments well is crucial. Managers have to face a lot of stressful situations during the game, e.g. like strategic and high quality planned management of investments, auctions, time-limited negotiation and rivals’ st.

When the game is part of the course and is managed by our lecturer, it is being monitored with cameras and connected to audio-visual techniques.
After the game is finished, the lecturer leads a conversation with players about their feelings, individual break points, business meetings.
Recommendation of personality and acquirements development of all players is included.
